Museum Field Trips for Schools

Developed in collaboration with classroom teachers, field trips align with state learning standards and allow young people to learn through multiple approaches, including hands-on activities, role-playing, and cooperative learning. Each program features a visit to a Historic New England museum in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island, as well as extensive pre-visit and follow-up resources to expand the field trip into a unit of study.
